Kristy Seiber has been practicing yoga for 4 years, although she's only done it in a class setting with others for about 2 years. Inspired to take her own practice further and gain more knowledge, She completed her Teacher Training in April 2021. She first came to yoga for the physical benefits hoping to lose weight and become more flexible and fit. As her body became stronger and healthier, She soon discovered that her yoga mat was a place to find a sense of contentment, self awareness and connect the mind and body.  The more she learned and grew as a yogi, the more she wanted to share the practice she loves with others.   I realize that yoga is not a "one size fits all" practice, and that every person is on a different path.  I want to offer my students the opportunity to take their own path in their own way at their own pace, to modify when needed and to honor how they feel at all times.   I find tremendous joy, satisfaction, and inspiration in seeing students discover their own personal yoga journey, and I hope to nurture and encourage along their way.

Teresa Ridge -As a wife and mother of 2, She had been looking for something that She could do that was just for her and allowed her to recharge. "I’ve always loved yoga and when I found out there was such a thing as Aerial Yoga I knew I had to try it." She took her first class in June of 2020 and was instantly hooked. It was not only fun, but her confidence in herself grew. The more she learned the more she wanted to bring the same feeling to others looking for an outlet. She became an instructor in April of 2021 and her love for it grew even more. "Being able to share this experience with others has been amazing! Whether you have never taken yoga in your life or you’re a yogi looking for a new experience, my classes are for anyone and everyone with absolutely no judgment. We learn, laugh, and grow together. I’m with you every step of the way, cheering you on, and helping build your confidence and strength with each new pose we do. Aerial Yoga has been the best thing I’ve ever found and I can’t wait to share the experience with more people."

Amanda Viles is a certified Yoga instructor, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, homeschooling mom of two boys, and a private teacher/tutor at Guiding Lights Hybrid Homeschool.  Amanda’s journey into the practice of yoga began in 2002 as an addition to dance training in high school.  At the time, this was purely a workout and a way to gain more flexibility.  However, over the years Amanda has found a deep love for the teachings and philosophy of yoga and ayurveda which have blossomed into a passion for teaching others.  In 2020 Amanda joined Shakti School, a  year-long “Feminine Form” Ayurvedic Wellness Coach Certification Program. Shortly after she also began diving into Kundalini yoga and instantly became hooked. Both Ayurveda and Kundalini yoga have been monumental in her healing journey and in building a personal practice that helps keep her stay sane as a mother of two boys and as a middle school teacher!  In 2022, Amanda completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training program through Renegade Yoga Center under Philip Clift, E-RYT 500 YACEP, and Kachelle Steigerwald, E-RYT 500.  Through her journey of becoming an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach and a yoga instructor she has found that her Sankalpa, or deepest heart’s intention, is to be a conduit of alchemy, guiding and inspiring others to rediscover their Divine Nature.
