Introduction: Michelle Kennedy Davis – Proprietor

Michelle Kennedy Davis began her wellness journey over 21 years ago when she partnered with her mother to create an alternative health and wellness center. Her path started with massage therapy, where she specialized in various modalities such as Massage Cupping and Myofascial Integrative Techniques.

Michelle’s interest in yoga began in childhood and deepened as she discovered its power as a healing practice. In 2012, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and became a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. In 2016, she expanded her practice to include Aerial Yoga through an Aerial Yoga Teacher Training program. Michelle now offers safe, step-by-step workshops designed to help students improve flexibility, build confidence, and experience the joy of movement with a yoga-centered approach.

In 2019, Michelle retired her massage license to focus on teaching, training, and managing her yoga business. Continuing her passion for holistic wellness, she later pursued education in Tuning Fork Therapy and Sound Healing, integrating these vibrational techniques into her offerings. Through sound and movement, she helps others restore balance, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Amanda Viles is a certified Yoga instructor, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, homeschooling mom of two boys, and a private teacher/tutor at Guiding Lights Hybrid Homeschool.  Amanda’s journey into the practice of yoga began in 2002 as an addition to dance training in high school.  At the time, this was purely a workout and a way to gain more flexibility.  However, over the years Amanda has found a deep love for the teachings and philosophy of yoga and ayurveda which have blossomed into a passion for teaching others.  In 2020 Amanda joined Shakti School, a  year-long “Feminine Form” Ayurvedic Wellness Coach Certification Program. Shortly after she also began diving into Kundalini yoga and instantly became hooked. Both Ayurveda and Kundalini yoga have been monumental in her healing journey and in building a personal practice that helps keep her stay sane as a mother of two boys and as a middle school teacher!  In 2022, Amanda completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training program through Renegade Yoga Center under Philip Clift, E-RYT 500 YACEP, and Kachelle Steigerwald, E-RYT 500.  Through her journey of becoming an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach and a yoga instructor she has found that her Sankalpa, or deepest heart’s intention, is to be a conduit of alchemy, guiding and inspiring others to rediscover their Divine Nature.
