🌀 1. Chakra Tune-Up Session

Focus: Align and balance energy centers
Tools: Weighted & unweighted forks (e.g., 136.1 Hz OM, chakra-specific frequencies)

Flow:

  • Grounding breathwork

  • Applying forks at chakra points (root to crown)

  • Close with short, seated meditation or sound bath
